Mỗi 500 mL: L-leucine 2.05g, L-isoleucine 0.9g, L-valine 1g, L-lysine 2.5g, L-methionine 1.2g, L-phenylalanine 1.45g, L-threonine 0.9g, L-tryptophan 0.3g, L-arginine 1.1g, L-histidine 0.5g, glycine 1.7g, D-sorbitol 25g. Hàm lượng acid amin 2.72%, tỷ lệ acid amin thiết yếu/acid amin không thiết yếu: 3.12, tỷ lệ acid amin phân nhánh 29%. Năng lượng 310kCal/L, Na⁺ 6mEq/L, Cl^- 52mEq/L, áp suất thẩm thấu gấp 2 lần so với dung dịch NaCl 0.9%.
